K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line was stained with rabbit Anti-human CD236 Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB711Hu01, filled red histogram) or Isotype control antibody (Catalog # IS067-Rb01, filled green histogram), followed by APC-conjugated Anti-rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # SAA544Rb15).
Human Erythrocytes were stained with 20µg/ml rabbit Anti-human GYPC Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog FAB711Hu01, red histogram) or Isotype control antibody (Catalog IS067-Rb01, green histogram), followed by 1µg/ml FITC-conjugated Anti-rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog SAA544Rb18).

用法
For flow cytometry, the suggested use of this reagent is 1-5 µl per 10^6 cells in 100 µl volume.
Optimal working dilutions could be determined by end user.
